Refund & Cancellation
Compliance with RBI Circular 2026
1. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your DueAlerts subscription at any time directly through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your automated sequences will continue to run until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account will be downgraded to the 'Free' tier.
2. Refund Policy
Since DueAlerts provides a digital SaaS product with a 'Free' tier for testing, we generally do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has commenced. However, if you have been wrongly charged due to a technical error, please contact support@duealerts.com within 7 days for a full reversal.
RBI Guidelines & Auto-Mandate
In compliance with RBI regulations on recurring payments (e-mandates), DueAlerts and our payment partners (Cashfree) ensure:
- Pre-debit notifications are sent 24 hours before any auto-renewal.
- Users have the "Right to Revoke" the mandate at any time.
- Additional Factor Authentication (AFA) is required for setting up any new mandate over ₹15,000.
3. Auto-Mandate Modification
If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your plan, the existing e-mandate will be modified. You will receive an SMS/Email notification from your bank to confirm the new limit as per the latest NPCI and RBI frameworks.
4. Failed Payments
In the event of an auto-mandate failure (due to insufficient funds or bank server issues), our system will attempt to re-retry twice over 72 hours before pausing your payment recovery services.
All transactions are processed in INR. Your bank may apply its own terms to the e-mandate registration.
