DueAlerts employs industry-standard AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS encryption for data in transit. Access to your database is restricted to authorized personnel only for support purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

To provide our services, we integrate with WhatsApp Business API and AI voice providers. These partners are compliant with global privacy standards and only receive data essential for message delivery.
