2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the contact information provided for your clients is accurate and that you have a legal right to contact them regarding outstanding payments. You agree not to use the service for harassment or illegal debt collection practices.

3. Automated Communications

DueAlerts acts as a facilitator for your agency's communications. You acknowledge that:

• WhatsApp and Email reminders are sent on your behalf.
• The tone and frequency of AI-voice calls must comply with local regulations.
• DueAlerts is not liable for any disputes arising between you and your clients regarding the content of these messages.

4. Subscription & Payments

Service fees are billed monthly based on your selected "Pricing Node." Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in the suspension of automated recovery sequences.

5. Limitation of Liability

DueAlerts is a SaaS tool and does not guarantee the recovery of any debt. We are not liable for lost revenue, business interruptions, or any indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.
